The leaves have fallen, those crazy 70 degree temps are gone and we have now experienced our first snow of the season. This can only mean one thing, that's right, it's holiday season! With this being said, we all have some battles (not familial or physical ones we hope ;)) we deal with at this time, and we talk about some health struggles we fight during the holidays.
